The broker owner still requires a QuickBooks-like system as SalesTrax does not cover general accounting functions (paying rent, supplies, etc). The closing process produces commission instructions to enable the broker owner to disburse commission payments.

- There is a one time set up fee of $1499.00 to cover the initial implementation and validation of the broker owner’s business rules and commission compensation plans and then reviewing these configurations annually in the event adjustments are required.
- A monthly fee of $129 for data storage and reporting services
- A $15 fee per side for the pending sale entry and maintenance
- A $35 fee per side for the closing of a pending sale
- A $25 fee to manage any escrow funds associated with a sale transaction
